💨 Abstract
A federal judge blocked the Trump administration's move to end humanitarian parole for nearly 300,000 immigrants, ruling that the suspension of renewals was unjustified. Judge Indira Talwani sided with immigrants already in the U.S. who were affected by the halt in renewals for parole policies. The Department of Homeland Security has yet to respond.
