💨 Abstract
Michail Chkhikvishvili, a 21-year-old leader of the neo-Nazi group "Maniac Murder Cult," was extradited to the U.S. from Moldova. He is charged with soliciting hate crimes and mass violence after allegedly plotting to have an undercover FBI agent dressed as Santa Claus distribute poisoned candy to Jewish children and minorities.
