On May 16, 2025, President Donald Trump concluded his Middle Eastern tour in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He attended a business summit and visited the Abrahamic Family House, an interfaith site commemorating the Abraham Accords, which facilitated Israel's recognition by the UAE and other regional countries. During his visit, there was significant violence in the West Bank and Gaza, with over 120 fatalities reported.
