đź’¨ Abstract
A fire at a former British military base in Bicester, near Oxford, resulted in the deaths of two firefighters and a civilian. The blaze, which started in a large warehouse on Thursday, produced massive smoke plumes and explosions. Two additional firefighters were seriously injured and hospitalized. By Friday morning, the fire was under control, but crews remained on site. The base is now a museum dedicated to aviation and motorsports history.
