đź’¨ Abstract
A federal judge ruled that the Trump administration must reinstate AmeriCorps grant funding and service workers in approximately two dozen states. Judge Deborah L. Boardman temporarily blocked the agency’s cancellation of grants and early discharge of corps members, affecting states that sued in April. The lawsuit accused the administration of reneging on congressionally approved grants for AmeriCorps.
