💨 Abstract
Eric Spofford, former CEO of New Hampshire's largest addiction treatment network, was charged with orchestrating threats and vandalism against New Hampshire Public Radio journalists who reported on his sexual misconduct allegations. Spofford is accused of paying individuals to vandalize the homes of an editor, reporter, and her parents in 2022. He faces three counts of stalking and one count of conspiracy to commit stalking.
