💨 Abstract
In rural Ikitsuki, Nagasaki, a small group of Christians practice a hidden faith blending Christianity and Buddhism, with symbols like scroll paintings of Mary and Jesus disguised as a Buddhist figure, and ancient Latin chants. These "Hidden Christians" are elderly and declining. To preserve their unique faith, they aim to document and share its history before it vanishes with the last practitioners.
