💨 Abstract
A judge in Hawaii denied a request to keep private the divorce proceedings of a couple involving a doctor accused of attempting to kill his wife on a hiking trail. Gerhardt Konig, an anesthesiologist, was indicted on attempted murder charges after allegedly pushing his wife toward a cliff, injecting her with a syringe, and striking her with a rock. The wife sought to seal the case to protect their children's privacy, but the judge ruled against it.
