💨 Abstract
A June 2025 Gallup poll revealed a significant decline in American national pride, particularly among Democrats and younger generations. Only 36% of Democrats reported being "extremely" or "very" proud to be American, with the widest partisan gap in pride since 2001. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, showed the lowest levels of national pride, with only 40% expressing high pride.
