Indiana Pacers' guard Tyrese Haliburton sustained an injury to his lower right leg during Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Haliburton, already playing with a strained calf, was forced out of the game after the non-contact injury in the first quarter.
