The article discusses the aftermath of deadly floods in Kerr County, Texas, focusing on community efforts in cleanup and recovery. Paul Welch and Elizabeth Hastings, along with other affected residents, received overwhelming support from volunteers, including strangers, who helped clear debris, clean the property and donate necessary items. For instance, Huntly Dantzler and his wife helped Welch. Volunteers spent hundreds of hours helping Daniel Olivas. Organizations like Operation Blessing also provided essential assistance.
