NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe has settled a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a woman during their nearly two-year relationship. The woman's attorney stated that the matter is resolved and the lawsuit will be dismissed. Sharpe had denied the allegations, calling them "false and disruptive." The lawsuit, which sought $50 million, claimed that Sharpe, 57, had raped the woman on two occasions. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
