Shane Tamura, who had a history of mental health issues, shot four people in an NFL office tower in Manhattan before committing suicide. Tamura, 27, left a note claiming chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a condition linked to repeated head traumas. His mother had previously informed 911 about his threats to harm himself, citing issues like depression, concussions, migraines, and insomnia.
