💨 Abstract
Twenty-one people in Florida, six of them children, have contracted E. coli or campylobacter infections from raw milk. Seven individuals have been hospitalized, with some experiencing severe complications. The Florida Department of Health has raised concerns about the sanitation practices at the unidentified farm. Raw milk, despite health warnings, is gaining popularity but poses significant risks, particularly for vulnerable groups.
