Spanish authorities detained Francisco Martínez, former Secretary of State of Security under Mariano Rajoy, along with three others, including hacker José Luis Huertas, for allegedly participating in a cyber attack network targeting public organizations and strategic companies to sell sensitive data. The group is accused of operating a sophisticated tech network to steal and commercialize data from various sectors, including energy and government services. The operation, involving the National Cryptologic Centre and Andorra Police, uncovered stolen data from millions of citizens.
