A U.S. Air Force veteran, Joseph St. Clair, was released from a Venezuelan prison Tuesday, according to a U.S. official and a family statement. Detained since November and one of nine Americans alleged to be unjustly held in Venezuela, he was handed over to U.S. special envoy Richard Grenell.
