Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian-occupied regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia left around 700,000 people without electricity. Evgeniy Balitsky, the Russian-appointed governor of Zaporizhzhia, reported that 457 settlements were affected. Vladimir Saldo, the Russian-appointed governor of Kherson, stated that over 104,000 people in Kherson were without power.
