💨 Abstract
An official from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) admitted that a migrant, Ramón Morales-Reyes, accused of threatening to kill President Donald Trump, is no longer under investigation for that accusation but remains in ICE custody for deportation. Morales-Reyes was initially arrested based on threatening letters, now believed to be part of a setup by another individual. The DHS has not corrected its initial statements.
