💨 Abstract
Commerce Bancshares Inc. (CBSH) reported a second-quarter profit of $152.5 million, or $1.14 per share, exceeding Wall Street expectations. The Kansas City-based bank's revenue was $537.2 million, with net revenue of $445.8 million, also surpassing forecasts. Analysts had predicted earnings of $1.02 per share and net revenue of $430.4 million.
