💨 Abstract
The Palestinian Aboufarha family, traveling to Argentina for a 12-day vacation, was detained for 25 hours at Buenos Aires' international airport before being deported. They claim they were misled into signing deportation documents and received inhumane treatment. Argentinian authorities cited an international alert related to the family's father, but the family insists it was a case of mistaken identity. The embassy of Palestine attempted to mediate but was unsuccessful.
