Precision Drilling Corp. reported a second-quarter net income of $11.8 million, or 77 cents per share, surpassing Wall Street expectations that had predicted a slight loss. The Calgary-based company also beat revenue estimates, posting $293.9 million for the quarter, compared to the expected $290.5 million.
