💨 Abstract

The speaker of Venezuela's National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, accused the U.S. of "kidnapping" 18 Venezuelan children, aged 1-9, whose parents were sent to El Salvador or detained by ICE. Rodriguez criticized U.S. immigration policies and claimed the U.S. criminalizes migration. However, he did not present evidence to support these claims. CNN has asked the U.S. and El Salvador for comment. The accusations follow a U.S.
