Grain futures rose in early Thursday trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. September corn was up 4.25 cents to $3.84 per bushel, September wheat increased by 8.5 cents to $5.17 per bushel, September oats gained 4.25 cents to $3.37 per bushel, and September soybeans rose by 4.25 cents to $9.70 per bushel.
