💨 Abstract
Indy Colts backup running back Salvon Ahmed suffered a severe right leg injury during Sunday's practice after a tackle by Trey Washington. The team paused practice to huddle and show support as Ahmed was stretchered off the field. Ahmed, a five-year veteran, is recovering from a lengthy practice squad stint last season. The injury comes during the same week linebacker Zaire Franklin, rehabilitation from ankle surgery.
