Alonzo Turner-Bey, who spent over three decades in prison for a teenage crime, has been appointed Director of the Returning Citizen Affairs Division in Prince George’s County. Turner-Bey's life took a turn during incarceration where he focused on self-improvement through education and work. His parole was supported by notable advocates before his release in 2020.
