The Russian military struck a residential building in Kyiv, killing 28 people, in one of the deadliest attacks on the city this year. The missile hit a nine-story apartment building, with 23 fatalities inside and five elsewhere in the city. This attack is part of a larger Russian offensive and drone/missile barrage, causing widespread destruction.
