💨 Abstract
An American cyclist, Ian Andersen, was caught in the middle of Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear sites while biking through Iran. He fled to Azerbaijan for safety after experiencing missile barrages and intense fear. Andersen, who was on a mission to cycle across all seven continents, had to abandon his plans temporarily. He initially had dangerous encounters, including a threat in Kenya, but he does not regret his trip. He is currently considering his next steps, including biking through former Soviet countries.
