💨 Abstract
North Korea plans to send 6,000 military personnel, including deminers and construction workers, to Russia’s Kursk region as early as July or August. This follows North Korea's previous support of Russia's war efforts against Ukraine, including sending approximately 10,000 to 12,000 combat troops last year.
