💨 Abstract
A tech industry trade group, NetChoice, sued Arkansas over two new laws regarding social media content. One law prohibits platforms from using features that could lead to self-harm, substance abuse, or addiction, while the other allows parents to sue social media companies if their children die by suicide or attempt it due to platform content. NetChoice argues these laws are unconstitutionally vague.
