Oklahoma State's Ethan Fang secured a 1-up victory over Gavin Tiernan of Ireland to win the British Amateur at Royal St. George’s, becoming the first American to do so in 18 years. Fang, who birdied the final hole, earned spots in the British Open and the 2026 Masters at Augusta National. Tiernan, leading after the morning round, pushed Fang to a thrilling finish with crucial birdies.
