💨 Abstract
Guardians outfielder Lane Thomas exited Friday's game against the Detroit Tigers due to mild plantar fascia symptoms in his right foot, which has bothered him before. He has struggled at the plate this season, batting .160 overall and .197 since returning from the injured list. Manager Stephen Vogt decided to remove him as a precaution. Thomas has also missed time this season due to a wrist injury.
