💨 Abstract

The article discusses the Dalai Lama, a revered figure in Tibetan Buddhism and a global icon for peace and Tibetan autonomy. Born in 1935, he fled Tibet in 1959 and established a government-in-exile in Dharamshala, India. China views him as a threat for advocating Tibetan autonomy. Throughout his life, he has met with world leaders and celebrities, promoting nonviolence and raising awareness about Tibet.
