💨 Abstract
Hong Kong China secured its first men's Rugby World Cup qualification after defeating South Korea 70-22 in the Asia Championship. This victory marks Hong Kong's second Asian nation, after Japan, to qualify for the World Cup. The team, led by captain John Hrstich, booked a spot in 2027's expanded 24-team tournament in Australia. Despite a 20-minute suspension, Hong Kong China dominated the match and won their sixth consecutive Asia Championship.
