💨 Abstract
NASCAR suspended Austin Hill for one Xfinity Series race after he intentionally crashed Aric Almirola at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Hill loses his 21 playoff points and must apply for a waiver to retain playoff eligibility. Austin Dillon will replace Hill at the upcoming Iowa race. Hill, who was seventh in standings with three victories, may drop in position due to the suspension, risking his playoff spot. He was penalized during the race and consequently faced a one-race suspension.
