💨 Abstract
Brendan Rodgers has taken over as coach of Saudi Arabian club Al-Qadsiah, six weeks after leaving Scottish champion Celtic. Al-Qadsiah, promoted to the Saudi Pro League this season, features players like Mateo Retegui and Nacho Fernandez. Rodgers' departure from Celtic followed criticism from major shareholder Dermot Desmond. Al-Qadsiah, backed by Saudi oil giant Aramco, aims to become a leading club in Asia.
