💨 Abstract

Three Ukrainian men have been arrested in Germany and Switzerland for allegedly plotting, at Russia's behest, to send explosive packages from Germany to Ukraine. Acting as secret agents, they planned to sabotage freight transport by sending packages designed to explode. One suspect, Vladyslav T., sent test packages containing GPS trackers from Cologne to scout transport methods. The arrests highlight alleged Russian involvement in sabotage activities.
