💨 Abstract
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is strengthening the country's military capabilities in response to the escalating Israel-Iran war. He plans to boost Turkey's missile production and improve its defense industry to ensure deterrence. Despite tense relations with Israel, analysts don't see an immediate threat of conflict spreading to Turkey. Erdogan has been engaging with global leaders to end the hostilities, fearing energy disruptions and refugee influxes.
