💨 Abstract
In Bengaluru, India, a portable shelter called Neralu was showcased to help outdoor workers cope with extreme heat. The shelter, winner of a design contest, is lightweight, affordable, and easily transportable. It provides shade and ventilation, addressing the health risks faced by outdoor workers due to climate change. The exhibition also featured performances and studies on heat impacts, aiming to raise awareness and promote climate adaptation solutions.
