💨 Abstract
The U.S. has welcomed another group of nine white South Africans, including families and children, under a refugee program announced by the Trump administration. This follows the arrival of 59 white South Africans last month. The program, which fast-tracked resettlement while pausing other refugee initiatives, is intended for those allegedly persecuted by South Africa's Black-led government, a claim denied by South African officials. Critics argue Trump's claims of widespread attacks and genocide against white farmers are unfounded.
