💨 Abstract
Three former El Salvador military officers were sentenced to 30 years in prison for the 1982 killings of four Dutch journalists during the country's civil war. José Guillermo García, Col. Francisco Morán, and Col. Mario Adalberto Reyes Mena were convicted for their roles in the ambush. The court also ordered President Nayib Bukele to issue a public apology to the victims' families.
