💨 Abstract
A new tropical storm, Dexter, formed in the western Atlantic on Sunday. It is moving northeast with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph, but is expected to stay away from the U.S. coast and remain north of Bermuda. This marks the fourth named storm of the 2025 hurricane season.
