💨 Abstract
In 2024, U.N. reports indicate a 25% spike in conflict-related sexual violence, with over 4,600 survivors reported, primarily by armed groups. The highest numbers were seen in the Central African Republic, Congo, Haiti, Somalia, and South Sudan. The report identifies 63 parties responsible for these crimes. For the first time, Israel and Russia have been notified about potential blacklisting.
