💨 Abstract
On August 12, 2025, authorities in Turkey detained the owner and constructor of a collapsed residential building in Sindirgi after a 6.1 magnitude earthquake. The quake killed one elderly person, injured 29, and caused widespread damage. Over 200 aftershocks have occurred since.
