đ¨ Abstract
In the village of Wendlebury, a beloved cat named Bella was shot with an air rifle and needed emergency surgery. The incident has left residents feeling unsafe and shocked. Bella's owner, Vicki Waskett, is seeking answers but has yet to find out who was responsible. The cat charity Cat Protection is advocating for air gun licensing to prevent such cruel attacks, noting that many cases go unreported. Thames Valley Police are investigating the incident.
