El Al, Israel's flag carrier, will commence rescue flights from Israel starting Monday, with a cap of 50 passengers per flight due to government guidelines. Over 25,000 people have applied since the system opened. Flights will go to several international destinations. Passengers leaving Israel on these flights will not be allowed to return for at least 21 days. Additionally, El Al is running repatriation flights for Israeli citizens abroad and offering cruises to Cyprus.
