Annabel Rook, a 46-year-old human rights lawyer and co-founder of the charity MamaSuze, was stabbed to death in her Hackney home, which was then blown up. Her two young children were unharmed. Rook was known for her work aiding the vulnerable and disadvantaged, both in Africa and through MamaSuze in London. A 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
