💨 Abstract
A man, Carlos Owens, got stuck in a chimney while trying to rescue his dog from a locked bathroom in Rockwell Park, Bristol, Connecticut. Police responded to a burglary complaint and found Owens trapped. Firefighters had to remove parts of the chimney to free him, causing $5,000 to $10,000 in damages. Owens was charged with burglary and trespassing and was released on bond.
