💨 Abstract
The author reflects on his lifelong fear of nuclear war, triggered by a graphic TV film he watched as a child. This fear has led him to extensive preparations and anxiety, but recently, he has found peace by accepting the inevitability of the threat, deciding not to fear or prepare anymore. He advises others to seek similar peace, acknowledging the persisting threat of nuclear war and the need to address the underlying consciousness that fuels it.
