💨 Abstract
A family dispute has arisen over the late Stuart Marcus's £14.5 million trust, intended for his 'children.' Stuart, a toy magnate, passed away in 2020. However, it came to light that one of the sons, Edward, is not Stuart's biological child but the son of a one-night affair between his mother and a lawyer. Despite this, a judge ruled that Edward can still benefit from the trust.
