💨 Abstract
Sarah de Lagarde, a 47-year-old City investment firm executive, is suing London Underground Ltd for £25 million after she was severely injured in a train accident. De Lagarde, who was commuting home, fell asleep on the train, woke up, slipped, and fell into the gap between the train and the platform. Two trains ran over her, resulting in the partial amputation of her right arm and leg.
